Claire is the more subdued left-brain of GregBell Consulting – the yin to Greg’s yang. In business terms, she manages client relations, booking, and seminar customization for GregBell Consulting. As an experienced project manager and consultant, Claire’s background includes human resources management, business operations, coaching, mediation and conflict resolution. She understands workplace dynamics and works with Greg to design programs that enhance employee communication and inspire teamwork.
Prior to joining GregBell Consulting in 2004, Claire served as Director of Operations for KVO Public Relations in Portland (now Fleishman-Hillard International Communications). She was also instrumental in managing the smooth transition of community mediation services from the City of Portland to Resolutions Northwest, where she served as Director of Mediation Services. Her experience also includes working as a Human Resources Consultant for Legacy Health System.
Claire is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Human Resource Certification Institute. She has also received Basic Mediation and Advanced Workplace Mediation Training.
Like Greg, Claire competed in college athletics, although her court was tennis, not basketball. After all, she's an ace!
